A small workshop with a big parts drawer
Four technicians, one micro-soldering bench and a shelf of the parts people break most. We opened on Rua do Alecrim in 2019.
Who works here
Inês runs the counter and the quotes. Tiago and Rafael handle phones and tablets, and Marta does laptops and board-level work under the microscope: charging chips, backlight circuits and water-damaged boards that other shops send back unrepaired.
What we don't do
- We don't unlock phones that are locked to someone else's Apple ID or Google account.
- We don't replace Face ID modules, because only Apple can pair them.
- We don't repair TVs, cameras or household appliances.
Courier pickup
Anywhere in Lisbon, a courier can collect your device and bring it back. It costs €10 each way and is free for laptop repairs over €150. Pickups booked before 15:00 happen the same day.
For companies
We look after laptop and phone fleets for offices, schools and coworking spaces. Business accounts get priority repairs, one invoice a month with VAT and loan laptops while yours are on the bench.
Visiting us
Rua do Alecrim 61, 1200-015 Lisbon. From Cais do Sodré metro and train station it's a five minute walk up the hill. There is no customer parking, but the Camões car park is three minutes away.
